Our company is a small but fast growing business that has been in operation for 15 years.  Having had to personally deal with issues relating to diabetes ourselves we have special empathy for those suffering from this infirmity.  So then, when we talk about customer service it is not with only making a buck but rather caring for those who suffer from this disease.
